NEW YORK, 04.11.15 – Repucom has today announced a number of changes to personnel across a range of positions as the trusted advisor in sports and entertainment looks to better structure its operations and reposition resource ahead of 2016.
In a further effort to maximise efficiencies and deliver streamlined solutions to clients across Europe, Marco Nazzari, Managing Director of Repucom in Italy, will also now be responsible for overseeing the business’s consolidated European revenues.
In this newly created role as European Chief Revenue Officer, Mr. Nazzari will develop, support and execute a shared revenue strategy throughout all of Repucom’s European markets across existing and new verticals, as well as driving overall European growth.
In a further sign of realigning core business operations, Alexandre Callay will now become Repucom’s Global Head of Media Products based in the company’s newly established Los Angeles office.
Mr. Callay joined Repucom in January 2015 and his extensive expertise in broadcast has helped to create a global standardisation of television ratings and audience measurement to support the business’s growing international client bases and the industry as a whole. Alexandre Callay will now be responsible for all of Repucom’s global media products across both sport and entertainment.
In the Middle East, Jon Long will officially take over the role as Managing Director for the region in the New Year, replacing Ned Morris who moves to head up Business Solutions for Repucom’s Australian business.

Marco Nazzari, European Chief Revenue Officer and Managing Director of Italy, Repucom
Having been Managing Director of Italian sports sponsorship and measurement giant, Immagine and Sport since 1998, Marco Nazzari joined Repucom officially in 2013 when it acquired the Italian firm. Mr. Nazzari leads a growing team in Italy where Repucom is the largest sports and entertainment intelligence operator.
In his new role, Mr. Nazzari will also lead efforts in consolidating a shared European P&L for Repucom. As European CRO, he will ultimately be tasked with:
- Developing and executing against a joint, European revenue strategy
- Regularly liaising with Revenue Leaders and Senior Sales resources across all of Repucom’s European markets
- Coordinating key new revenue targets by market
- Developing a European revenue strategy for new verticals
- Driving European growth through business development and marketing initiatives
Alexandre Callay, Global Head of Media Products, Repucom
Alexandre Callay joined Repucom in January 2015 as Global Director Media Research and Content, initially based in Paris before establishing Repucom’s first office in Los Angeles, California. As Global Head of Media Products, Mr. Callay will now be responsible for Repucom’s vast range of media products across both sports and entertainment.
Prior to joining Repucom, Callay had served as Eurodata TV’s Worldwide Director and Mediametrie’s Key Accounts Director. He has strong experience in development and management within international market research companies and a broad overview of different TV markets. He specialises in providing discrete research solutions to networks and distribution companies helping them to position their content and to optimise their TV programming strategies.
He previously lived and worked for six years in Vietnam, Indonesia and Hong Kong.
Mr Callay has a Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies Marketing et Stratégie from the University of Paris Dauphine as well as a Magistère de Sciences de Gestion, specialised in international business. Mr Callay was also a lecturer at the Master 226 – management of telecoms and media.
Jon Long, Managing Director, Middle East, Repucom
Jon Long joins Repucom from the International Cricket Council (ICC) where he had held a number of roles since joining the organisation in 2002, the most recent being Head of Strategic Management and Support Services. He has served on the International Cricket Council’s senior management team since 2006 where he had a broad role overseeing the ICC’s strategy and support services. Prior to this he was responsible for marketing, corporate communications, member relations and education programmes at cricket’s global governing body in London and then Dubai.
Mr. Long brings with him vast experience and knowledge of marketing, communications and strategy from across the world of sport having enjoyed a career spanning multi-sports, football and cricket.
He studied Law with European Law at the University of Nottingham and has an MBA from Warwick Business School.
Ned Morris, Head of Business Solutions, Australia, Repucom
Mr. Morris joined Repucom in March 2009 after three years with Sportsbrand Media Group in Dubai and has worked extensively over the past six years across the Middle East and Africa. He manages key Repucom accounts on an ongoing basis including Emirates, Etihad, Dubai Racing Club, Aspire Zone, VW, Red Bull and Abu Dhabi Motorsport Management.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Swinburne University in Melbourne and has previously worked with The Cardew Group in Financial and Corporate Communications in the City of London for four years and Wrights Communications in Melbourne representing Shell Australia.
