December 7th 2015, Johannesburg – Repucom, the trusted advisor in sports and entertainment intelligence is to support the University of Stellenbosch Sport (Maties Sport) in a new project providing advice and expertise to the South African institution as it looks to transform its commercial offering from a supply-driven to customer-driven value proposition.
The new partnership will include the supporting new product development processes and solutions across both new and existing customer segments, including:
- Auditing and evaluation of existing corporate sports sponsorship to ensure long-term sponsorship stability and growth
- Exploring additional sponsor inventory opportunities
- Identifying key sport events and products which can be commercialised
- Outlining a stakeholder map and developing guidelines to build better relationships with key partners, donors and sponsors
- Producing a list of innovative and creative concepts to generate additional marketing revenue
